How do I track my order?
For order shipped by express(Fedex, DHL, UPS), you can track it by trackining No. given by us after shipped out.
For order shipped by plane or by sea, you can track the waybill No. on the shipping companies' website. We'll also help track it until it arrives.

Do you have a minimum quantity?
For standard fastener, if they are in stock, MOQ is our minium package. e.g. 500 PCS/box; if not, we'll require it as small as possible.
For customized items, please double check it with us.

How do I know if my products are in stock?
Most of standard fasteners shown are in stock, especially DIN ,ANSI, IFI standard items made of stainless 18-8/304 or 316.
Metric screws like machine screws, self-tapping sheet metal screws, sems screws with torx are in stock, except self-drilling tek screws. Self-drilling screws with combo, pozi or square drive also need to be customized.
